Our pitmaster was raised in Texas and learned how to BBQ and smoke meats at 10 years old. Following the traditional rules of Texas barbecue, he learned that the important part of cooking is to use simple ingredients that will enhance the flavor of the foods that are prepared, and only using local and natural wood to smoke meats. He has shared his love of Central Texas BBQ with everyone he has met while serving in the Army for 22 years by cooking for small gatherings and big company functions while being stationed across the United States, Europe, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He shared his passion for Central Texas BBQ while serving our country, and now wants to share this tradition with everyone in Michigan.
Our caring and committed staff will ensure that you have a fantastic experience with us. Our meats are slow smoked with seasoned post oak, blackjack oak, pecan, and mesquite wood over a pit until it is done. Not oven smoked, just natural pit smoked.
We have worked to package our meals in a way that lets you bring the quality of our barbecue to your event. We will always love to see y'all in person, and we ensure that your barbecue experience will be top notch!
We refuse to compromise on quality in our catering business. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from local farmers and butcher markets. No matter what time of year, you can ensure that you're eating the best of the season. All of our foods are prepared in a peanut free facility without peanut ingredients.
